P 50,000, P 75,000 & P 100,000
- Double in case of accident
Plus
- Daily hospitalization income benefit of
P 500, P 750 & P 1,000. With a maximum period of 30 days per year.
- Provides assistance to members and surviving beneficiaries of deceased members.
- An endowment benefit of P50,000 up to P100,000 after twenty years from effective date or upon retirement whichever comes first.
- Payable in a monthly premium contribution.
- One year contestability period only.
Who can be a member?
- All active teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Department of Education including its components and affiliates or attached agencies
- Personnel of PPSTA and its local chapters and

How to become a member
- Submit latest medical certificate of good health
- Submit permanent appointment or latest service record
- Attached 1 x 1 ID picture
- Latest payslip
- Photocopy of 3 valid ID’s
- Accomplish application form in duplicate with signatures affixed
